You are invited! Join us for a new Bible Study on the Book of Genesis with David Alvarado starting Sunday, Sept. 6th, at 9:00am.

Genesis | Origins and Covenants

Every story has a beginning.

But before there was a beginning, there was God.

In Genesis, God reveals the foundations of His story. The creation of the heavens and the earth, the making of humanity in His image, the entrance of sin, the brokenness of creation, and the unfolding of His covenant promises.

Through Moses, God gave His people the story of where they came from, why the world is broken, and who God is. Genesis teaches us that we are not here by accident, that humanity was created for God, and that even when sin entered the world, God was already unfolding His plan of redemption.

From the garden to the flood, from Abraham to Joseph, we see a faithful God who keeps His promises. And woven through the pages of Genesis is a promise that reaches far beyond its final chapter—the promise of a coming Seed who would one day bring redemption.

Genesis is not simply a story about where everything began. It is the beginning of the story that leads every reader to Christ.

Come join us as we journey through Genesis—from Creation to Covenant, from Fall of Man to the Promise of God, from Roots to Redemption.
